Heh - that's exactly what I used on pan-handlers here in Cincinnati.

After getting bothered by them once too often I put on me best Brummie accent and said 'Oid luv to help ya mate, but i'm stone cold brassic at the mo - ain't got a farthing on me!'

It worked a treat....

Actually lol'd at that - people in the office gave me funny looks :)

I heard a good Brummie one the other day on the telly "he'd skin a turd for a farthing" - it was someone telling the story of a Brummie's dad (who was tight-fisted) :)

Maybe so, but I'll be grandfathered in (unless they do away with all that) and then at that point.. it will just come down to loyalty.

Lol, it's all good. I rather stare at Jessica for an entire day than Eric wiping blood off himself.
 
I know nothing about True Blood..but the ladies say Eric is quite the ladies man so I'll take it as a complement.
