Root GAOSP Public BETA 2 released

im tempted to try this but im worried it will do the same thing as mustmod with the market so if i chose to return back to 1.6 it will be locked on 2.1 market display

i think this is neither mustymods nor gaosps fault, its more the fault of google that the market does not change your system infos downwards.

I thought a solution to this was found somewhere? A wipe or something.

Just in case you get an error restoring g.apps the way it is described in the instructions, you can use instructions from beta 1 - it will work.

That didn't happen to me with beta1 - I signed into market and after a few hours nandroided back to galaxo without issue.
On beta2 now, loving it so far :) Not seeing any slowness issues, but I am running SetCPU on full oc.
Currently battery 93%, 3g, full sync, a little messing and been on for 6 and a half hours. Needs more time to really see though.

I can connect on router but i cant go on Internet or use Market, Gmail, it is reporting that is no network conn.
On GALAXO everything works fine

There were some problems with wifi on beta 1 i think...but i thought it was fixed...ill erace everything and try again...

I connected and then tested connection with Opera mini - was fine. try a wipe and go again mate :)

One question please. Do I need to inststall recovery 5 and then do nandroid backup of Galaxo before flashing Gaosp?

New bug... Gallery 3D is not working in landscape mode. All picture are overlap. If I turn my phone in landscape appear this issue.

@crixalis: That's a known issue #109.

BTW, wi-fi is working if you go to "http://72.14.221.99" instead of "www.google.com" so that certainly is a DNS issue (#114).
