Gas prices?

I don't know exactly when the increase occurred but gassing up the mowers this morning was a slap in the face. Regular gas went from $3.06 to $ 3.39 a gallon for no apparent reason. I pulled out my cheat card and saved $2.30 a gallon. I've been letting that discount accumulate for the past six months or more. Filled up my big mower, my two part gas can and topped off my truck.

almost 4.00 here. Check please. I've had enough. Even though I have a hybrid and save money that way, I'm not a fan of these prices.

Caught a pic driving by. Holding steady at $4.29

That's the state tax on top of the federal gas tax. The "greedy" oil companies (that do the exploration, testing, drilling and licensing) earn roughly 13¢ a gallon. For all that work and investment... yet governments take more with a vote. Who's greedy?
