Root GB OTA has started if you are rooted stock please read this

Well, got the phone running last night, with your help of course.
But the Rom I used from the OP dosnt seem to like my phone very well.
Very laggy,, and killing a battery in a few hours

Im like the last guy,,dont like swapping ROMS all the time.
guess its time to do some reading.
 
Changing roms is something that gets easier the more you do it. Also when trying out new roms you will find there are plenty of features the rom devs have included that aren't possible stock.
 
Coming from sense you may need to wipe /system as well as the normal wipes to make sure you don't have issues with force closes
 
thats what its missing....lol
Ive always been kind of partial to the HTC sence UI
Guess its back to doing some reading to find a sence ROM that is complete and stable
 
If you haven't tried AOSP before I support trying it out, I personally like AOSP more than Sense just because it seems much snappier and nicer to the battery, but to each his own
 
I did not do a factory reset prior to the flash, only cashe/data
may need to do a factory reset, coming fron sence like you said
 
did a reset
brought phone up and seemed ok
went back to recovery and custom restored DATA only
and its back to the same thing
 
Don't restore thing using recovery, use a program like titanium backup. I would recommend a fresh flash, wipe cache, dalvik cache, /data, and /system then flash the rom and restore the user apps and data using titanium backup
