Root Ginger Break,Superuser, now what?

I can not thank you guys enough for all of your help.
And to AndyOpie150, your patience was greatly appreciated!
Woo Hoo! :)

I'm back. Have a couple of questions.
BACKside-IHO-VM670-12072011.zip (this is my ROM right?)
I didnt use:
aospCWMod(delete this one)
Xionia Recovery(and keep this one)

"You can delete the aosp recovery and the first recovery you flashed. Just leave the VM670NH you renamed and the Xionia recovery."
Which one is the first recovery I flashed? And I still don't understand the term "flashed".

Now when I opened up one of my games I put back on the phone, my data was still there. I thought this should have been lost when I wiped the data. Did I not do it correctly?

And now that my apps are where I want them, "go back into your recovery and make a backup of that ROM."
Do I use the emulator? su(return)reboot_recovery(return)
and what ROM am I making a backup of and am I renaming it?

I won't have as many tidiuos questions once I figure out exactly what it is that I am doing.... Time for coffee.

Ok. The first recovery you flashed (or installed using the flash_image) you renamed vrecovery.img. The recovery you have installed now you renamed recovery.img
Did you use Titanium Backup? Brain dead.
With this ROM all you have to do to get into your recovery is to press the power button until you see a window pop up. Scroll to reboot. Select recovery.
The backup your making is of the one currently installed. The backups have a date stamp.
If you wish to delete one to free up space on sd card, go to sd card using androzip or ES File explorer. Go to clockworkmod folder and select backup folder. Your backups are there. Make sure you always leave one.
