I recently purchased a used EVO 4G from eBay to replace one that met with a watery grave. I was able to activate the phone with no problems. The ROM looks like stock, or something close to it...

My problem is that I cannot get any of my PCs to recognize the phone. With a USB cable connected, the phone will charge, but windows gives me a "USB Device Not Recognized" error. (imgur: the simple image sharer). This is with the phone in "Disk drive" mode. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers to no avail. I even tried HTC Sync (with the phone in sync mode) and I get a big image that says that it cannot find the phone.
At this point, I'm running out of things to try (different USB cables, reformatting MicroSD card, different computers, etc...), and I'm not sure where to turn next. Thanks.
