still dosent work. on my administrator: command prompt says "the task has completed. Warnings occurred for some attributes during this operation. its okay to ignore the warning see log . %windir%\security\logs\scesrv.log for detail info. iLooked up the log found it this is what it says

It's something with the PC. A program or something that keeps it from registering. It happens a lot but unfortunately it can be several problems that cause it.

Try this.

Right click on the dll and select open with.

navigate to C:/windows/system32 and select REGSVR32


See what that does.

Well that sounds like a good thing.

This is the instructions for emergency recovery. Sounds like this is what you need to do if it says emergency

Okay do you have the dll saved in that spot you entered or on your desktop? make sure you enter the path from which the dll is located.

Awesome. Sounds good. Sometimes people have had to do this and when they came out of it they were in test mode. Hopefully you wont be in test mode. Regardless, I've got a fix for that too It's a little more detailed then this. But dont delete LGPNST till we know for sure
