I just downloaded mikg 3.0 for my evo 4g and kept getting forced closings!!!! I downloaded it with the new twrp and i wiped dalvik cache numerous times, but i keep getting these forced closings. What do i do?

Chances are you didnt wipe properly.
You need to wipe EVERYTHING except for SDCARD multiple times before flashing your ROM.
Your getting force closes because there are still bits of the prior ROM intact, and if all you wiped was dalvik cache then there ALOT of the other ROM still there.

How do i wipe it using twrp? Ive tried wiping all data before and after and it wont work!

Also, Mizzou posted a Edify version of Calkulin's Format all zip in the TWRP 2.0 thread. It will help in the wiping process

I would even suggest using the newer 3.08 amon ra style recovery over the older amon ra

Yep, I'm in the same boat and being able to use the capacitive buttons is a volume rocker/power button saver
