Root i dont have operating system anymore please help

Not gonna lie lol... I was starting to lose my patience for a moment there haha.

Alright, now, you need the stock recovery.img for your phone. I will be right back with a link for you to download it.

What do you mean? Originally you were trying to install an OTA so you could upgrade to 4.2.2 with Sense 5. You can't do that with TWRP. It has to be done with a stock recovery.

However, if you wish to put TWRP back on your device then put it on there the same way you put the stock recovery.img on your phone.... I would hope that you are starting to see a trend here with this process lol.

my system doesnt get onh anymore after i installed that
and so doesnt recovery from boot menu

I'll screen record a video on my laptop...it's not hard really. I'll flash a recovery. Just a test one. It'll be up on YT in a few..
 
when i put my phone on after htc quietly brilliant there comes a picture on the phone is triangle and ! in it same happens if i go to recovery

Hahahahaha...

You accidently flashed the stock recovery.img to your boot partition. Take that boot.img we discussed earlier and flash it with fastboot again:
