Root is anyone trying a work around for the bootloader

but that doesnt explain why i only got one address....the xda thread said i should have 3 addresses and the third address was the address we needed.....or is that the other program thats supposed to have 3 addresses?

Don't know, if we're supposed to get 3 addresses, then flash firmware while letting the cheat engine search the whole time. Then after the cheat engine gets the last address, copy it and start from the beginning, this time entering that address.
 
i only got 2 addresses this time butone of the addresses said ANDROID! so i typed in that address into the cwminject program and phone rebooted normally


Edit: i was also rooted before i started and now i am no longer rooted


edit: cancel that i wasnt rooted when i did it
 
yes sir....i might have used the wrong address....i used the address that said in vlue ANDROID! which was the first address.....the first time i tried tonight i used the second address and windows closed out my kzd program because it wasnt responding....maybe mrpnut will have better luck or maybe hereticsins can get it but i tried 3 or 4 times between yesterday and today with no luck....if someoe get this full instructions or even a video on how to do this would work great

how far into the process did you get the 3 addresses.....i got to where my phone rebooted and got 5 address but only the third address said ANDROID! so i hurried and inputed that address into the cwminject and when it said done KZD stopped working and windows closed it out.....is there any other way to inject the recovery into the firmware with out it being connected to the phone and then run kzd the way you would if you were doing a soft unbrick???

i now have a laptop that is dual booting BT 5 and Win7....so what can i do to help with this...if anything...I would love to use my phone as a tester but i do not have a backup...

I wouldn't test unless you have a backup phone to use. You still got your optimus m?
