Destroying Balls Everyday
I think it'd be great to know where AF users are from! I'm constantly amazed whenever I come across someone who is from somewhere that I didn't expect (ex. Saudi Arabia).

Update: Northern Canada is included at the bottom of the list.

Update #2: Hawaii and Alaska are included at the bottom of the list.

Keep in mind that there were a limited number of slots available so for obvious reasons, I had to lump many countries together in logical groups. Also keep in mind that when I write "(incl...)", that simply includes certain countries in that region that are typically the most populated or most significant. Obviously, it's not possible for me to include every country in certain groups. If you are from a country in that region, please select it! :)

Feel free to put up a picture of your country's flag, state's flag (if from US), or territories' flag (ex. Canadian territories)!

I voted West because I currently live in Seattle. I grew up in NC and have lived in several states though (RI, VA, SC, ID, TX).

I currently live in Tucson AZ..but I grew up (mostly) in Pennsylvania...My mom and her family live in Pa, and my dad's side of the family live in AZ....I have also lived in Florida, and Alabama..and I went on a student exchange trip to Japan when I was 17...

You need an option for Northern Canada which cover the territories.

My apologies! I didn't realize there was a Northern Canada. lol When I was quickly going over my selections, I just assumed that Western and Eastern just went all the way to the top.

Note to everyone: I updated the poll to reflect that this is for where you CURRENTLY are residing and not for hometowns.

No one actually lives there anyway. :p

I don't want that one AF member complaining to me about there not being an option for him. lol I am hoping though that there might be someone on Antarctica that will come complaining to me. That'll make my day. :p

Something that I've learned today is that we have an Aussi member... and he's on staff!

Mars. And I feel insulted that you did not make that an option!

And at first, I completely misread 'The South'. I live in MD now and I'd hardly consider it 'The South'. The only similarity this place has with 'The South' is that they freak out at .2" of snow just the same as they do in Georgia. I'm originally from Central NY (State, not the city, we can drive cars faster than 10 miles per hour for more than 1 block and not die in a fatal car accident).

If I put Mars, I knew that people would just select that option. lol

For the US, I went to the U.S. Census Bureau to see how they categorized the states and MD was included as "South". It's basically the states below the old Mason-Dixon Line with the exception of Delaware.

It's the reason why I decided to put all of the states in categories so people don't get confused on if one state is included in one and not the other.

Yeah, I had figured it was due to the Mason-Dixie line being the border between PA and MD, but meh...these people don't cook like they do in actual southern states. You know, the comfort food that just makes you want to take a nap for a week.

Born in Las Vegas. Lived all over this country. Settled in the Shenandoah valley of va.

Oh maryland and delaware isnt the south.

I followed the divisions made by the U.S. Census Bureau. They included Maryland and Delaware as part of "The South".

What I did differently is include The Southwest, which commonly includes those 4 states: TX, AZ, OK, and NM.
