Hey caddyman, I am sure this question is asked a lot, I searched, but only found long tutorials, Do you know an EASY way (like just download an app) to take a screenshot of the Eris? And by easy I don't mean, 'Take another camera and take a picture of the screen.'

Using Lockbot free I was able to go in the system and change the slide bar and the icon using photoshop. I can slide the Bluenote along the hockey stick to unlock my phone.

i dont have a second camera to snap what i have but i keep the bottom row on all 7 panels empty. this way i dont accidentally fat finger and launch an app when im switching. my layout goes from left to right utilities/games/web/home/multimedia/text widget/blank

home has people/weatherchannel/google maps/messeges with htc clock under. anything i use a lot is within two or three motions at all times.
 
Lockbot doens't like my phone, so I keep it off. No idea why, I was one of the first people to have it with the transformers theme.

no they are part of the beautiful widgets pack, but im pretty sure u could better cut them. wen i tried to make my own toggle widgets it would force close on me. maybe it was just me, but you could try. but everything on my home screen i used better cut and photoshoped my icons

The only bummer with this (that I can see) is that if your contract list is sync'd with Outlook Exchange Active Sync. I need my emails from my eris to come from my Outlook work email account, not my personal Gmail address. I guess for sms and/or phone calls it would be okay... sending email is where I would be screwed.
