I just realized that the problem with selfies is that they're too close and capture too little.

I think I'll invent an optically perfect, collapsible, curved mylar mirror that you can mount to your phone, facing the rear camera.

Imagine your panoramic selfies from the Grand Canyon! :)

And for you all out clubbing - you can use the flash! :D

Edit - I'll make it curve both ways.

You're reaching too far. All you need to do is develop software that shrinks the subject's head. This effect could also reduce balding in selfies as the same amount of hair is redistributed across the lower surface area of the subject's shrunken head.

EM, don't think about just the mobile device. Wearables are getting wildly popular, so why not invent an inspector gadget type device that has a camera that extends from the watch and can take selfies from a further distance? You could do it.

Don't forget the other selling point:
Mirror selfies are so retro - its like MySpace all over again! :rofl:
 
These selfies remind me lgs implementation of the white screen for self to help with light. Just wonder have any person thought or made this already?

If not then we can say wow lg nice basic yet thoughtful idea. Maybe you should patent to protect against apple. Lol
 
I think next sensor that should be implemented, whether LG or another, should be night vision. That way, people can duplicate Paris Hilton's claim to fame... LOL

something embedded in glasses might work though.

Btw - I'd forgotten about the mighty iPhone periscope myself, my idea came strictly from excess mental bandwidth at the time. :) :rofl:

Hey guys I just want to test something, some reverse thoughts.

In a few words tell me why iPhone is better than let's say the lg g3? let's see if there is any flaws...

Please even if you don't agree that it's better try make some valid points.

Actually illegal in most places on a camera and why you can't buy it on a consumer video camera any more.

Still, while I don't get the Paris Hilton reference (it has to be on South Park before it hits my radar), I like the way you think! :D
