Im running Slayher's 1200 SV kernel, I have it in interactive mode and is the fastest kernel my phone has been able to run and it keeps my sweeter home desktop snappy with all 23 widgets
 
I installed the Frozen yogurt first, then the tangerine, then chevys kernal. Now im wondering about a few things and have some problems on others. First, only 3 screens, instead of the five, or is there a mistake? and the bigger question is the title of my thread, I cant seem to get my POP3 server email to connect. Its my school email address, and it worked before I installed these roms/themes on there. I actually had Smoked Glass with Chevysno1 LV 1100mhz OC before I did this install and my school email worked then. Any suggestions, especially since school is starting back up next week for me, I fell in love with the email on my phone.

I have Tangerinr running.
You get ADW launcher stock.
If you want 5 or more you need to play with the settings.

In particular: ADW Settings.
Always hit the menu button on the home screen or
within any app for that matter.

The menu button is the gateway.:)

What I would do (if I were you)
is go to gmail on your computer
and add in your pop 3 account to sync with gmail, this way
gmail will have a new label: your school address.

You can even set the option to reply as that email address as well.

the only kernal faster than this one is jakes newest 1.2. i get 1780's in quadrant and got 108 short bench with it! however jakes old kernals were not kind to my battery. not sure about his newer one. remember to change setcpu to interactive or on demand after testing. with these kernals and liquid this is my fastest most reliable set up yet.

slayhers kernals were the ones i was initially commenting on;) i like the new govenor feature. i get low 1700's with the lv1.2 and 150's short bench which is still great! this is my favorite kernal because it also has great battery life. however jakes kernals are a little faster but as i stated thay have always given me subpar battery life.

This seems odd.. made a backup in Clockwork and then tried to install the ModWM.zip file. Clockwork will reboot, attempt to install the theme, but then go back to the Clockwork Recovery menu. When I reboot, it appears the theme wasn't installed. Tried this a few times with the same result. Not sure if anyone else was experiencing this, but I'm going to try and DL the file again and chalk it up to a bad download...

It isn't a bad download.. really not sure why this is the case. Any one have any ideas?

ModWM.zip has to be unzipped, there are too files in it, one is a zip of the battery icons and the other is WM'd with my new icons in it.
 
Pandora is saying it has an update. But it keeps failing to install. I'm assuming this is because Pandora is modded for the theme I'm running?

Yes, and if you were successful installing the update, it would break the theme for Pandora.

If you REALLY want the update, despite that it will break the theming for Pandora, you need to remove all vestiges of Pandora from your device. Here's a foolproof way to do that in terminal:

su
sysrw
busybox rm system/app/Pandora.apk
cd system/bin
sh pm uninstall com.pandora.android
cd..
cd..
sysro
sync
 
Only issue seem to have is audio on flash based videos.
Anyone else have sllooooowww ddrrraaaagiiiinnng auuuuuddiooooo when using the flash plugin?

Hovering around this post I was wondering.

A new version of ADW launcher was released: 1.1.0
This has many new awesome features such as adding and changing custom
icons for apps, or activities and you can create app drawer catalogs and name them so you can group apps together...

When I installed this new ADW version it has a different icon
and somehow "broke" the google search bar with orange.

The facebook widget is fine, all icons are still Tangerine
except for the google search widget.

What do?

Should I assume that Watermark'd will be updated to use the updated Pandora?
 
Still can't get the UBRocked's Blueberry keyboard to install. Changed the .zip file that downloaded to an .apk, then loaded onto my sdcard. When I try to use Astro to install it, it won't even open it in app manager. I installed another app installer from the market, and it says there is a parsing error.

The file that is downloading from here shows up as HTC_IME_Liquid_Black-Blue.apk.zip and is 4.5 MB. The mediafire page says its only supposed to be 4.33 MB.

Have you tried resigning the apk?

Do you know if slayher's kernels support the wifi tether
and wired tethering root apps? Native to Froyo?

So, I updated to 1.41 and I am still having the "ALT Lock" issue with the physical keyboard. Is there something I missed? Sweet ROM, regardless.
