this is with a prebuilt kernel (aka stock) and a few items i was apparently missing in the vendor files
i need to know everything, logcats if possible, last_kmsg if it boots etc

I can't give you logcats or none of that but i can tell you it doesn't boot. One vibrate. Samsung screen and all black. Doesn't even loop.

well logcat will only happen if gets to bootanimation. if it stays on teh samsung splash screen then youll need last kmsg
if someone could try doing the following
to get teh last_kmsg do this:
adb shell cat /proc/last_kmsg > /sdcard/last_kmsg.txt
adb pull /sdcard/last_kmsg.txt
if you use twrp's terminal command:
cat /proc/last_kmsg > /sdcard/last_kmsg.txt
and then get that when youve restore your backup
if someone could try doing the following

It didn't boot. I didn't know where to input those commands. But in twrp there was an option to send recovery log to sdcard. Will that help?

negative recovery.log is for twrp. you can load up in twrp terminal command and enter them in

The second command gave an adb not found msg. Got this tho hope it works.

lol sorry should have been more clear, adb shell etc etc is teh command if you are using adb sicne you are using just terminal remove the adb shell part and it will work
