Root [MOD] Apex V1.4 Circle Battery

Yeah, I was thinking of maybe doing it color coded instead of smaller pieces. Like, when you're at 80%, the top right quadrant of the circle is faded to 50% alpha or something. The image manipulation is the easy part for me. It's finding time to do it when not on the clock is the tough part.

You can restore the nandroid that you made before flashing the battery zip that you applied...if you made a back up

Thanks, this looks great. I did have a problem with no Data over 3G though. I had the Data Throttle removal mod prior to applying this mod.

I had to go into the ApeX toolbox and reset the Data Throttle and Clock, then remove the Data Throttle again. My first boot after this had a FC on System Process then a blank screen. Had to do another reboot, which booted into CWM, then rebooted from there and everything seems good now.

Wow, sorry to hear that. My install went completely smooth without any problems. I just bootstrapped and installed the zip and rebooted. I don't know if installing it did anything to the data throttle, so I ran it again just in case from the toolbox. I wonder why the big difference in outcome from the install?
 
Can anyone tell me how to go about installing one of these zips? I am rooted with Apex 1.4 but I just did it yesterday. I have ROM Manager and the other programs but I have no idea where to put this file on my phone and how to go about accessing it once its there.

I flashed over top of the old one without issue. Of course, it never hurts to do a backup but I think you're OK without it in this case. Thanks!

I am liking both of them a lot.

Any chance you would want to use your editing skills (which are 700% times better them mine) to update both your version to use the gingerbread blue color?

I have attached the color. Again I really only want a zip file with just the pngs if that is easier for you, otherwise again I could strip them out manually.

On a side not I think I like apeX better then liberty, however I really love the gingerbread blue them, so I am thinking about trying to port it over, but have never ported a them before.

I can definitely help you out. I just won't be able to get to it until tomorrow sometime. I have to be up early for a meeting tomorrow but I will get to them eventually. I'll keep you posted.

I saw that last night right as I was heading to bed and was stoked lol. Im putting together another one today (the "glowing" color change one) hopefully once Im done with these deliveries.
Ill shoot you a pm with the pic and dl link once im done if you want to use that one in there too (if not thats fine too lol)
