i only do the first three and then keep one with wimax and i have it saved in my dropbox account and on my computer. if you have your sd card partitioned then you should also check sd ext, but that is all you really need.

If you use the apps2sd thing, not a2sd as Ocn was talking about, I think you are supposed to check sd secure.

Only things I ever backup are the first three, SD-EXT, and Wimax.

Everytime.

It's not necessary to do recovery , and only what you need of the others.
