Neat ROM

Not sure if I should post this here (or if it's been answered before, I find that after two or three pages in a topic my minds starts wandering off :D)

I'm a sucker for long battery life, so decided I wanted this ROM after reading a couple of the praises by Hawker and ironass. This one seemed to tick all the boxes :)
To make sure I started as clean as possible, I used both Hawkers Rom Nuker and Kernel Wiper (twice), then flashed UHLPS NeatRom Full (june 30th) and flashed Siyah 3.3.2

After using it for somewhat more than a day I find its fits my needs rather nicely. But the stockscreens are a bit boring, so I want to start using some themes and/or mods. But I'm not sure wether the ones I want can be used together or in what sequence I should flash/install them. Could any of you experts (yes I mean you, ironass and Hawker ;) and maybe Sale too :D) tell me the right sequence of these and if I can use them at all with this rom:

15 toggles
ICS lockscreen
Big caller image
Battery style Blue Circle

combined with

ICS Domination theme 4.6.1

Your help would be greatly appreciated!

I am having a bit of issue with my keyboard as of late. Sometimes it just hangs a bit or other times it freezes all together and force closes. Is anyone else having issues like this? I have tried wiping my caches.....but it doesn't seem to help. I really like this rom but this could be a deal breaker for me.

Anyone have any good suggestions for a fix.....or other a different keyboard?

//EDIT: Strange, I've flashed Domination 4.6.1 and I don't see the 15 toggles... Nevermind, I also flashed the mod and it seems to work just fine :-)

6 ROM's in about 48 hours. To say you are prolific would be an understatement!

I have to say that, personally, I shall be sticking with XWLPI NeatRom Lite. The reason for this is two fold.

First I am a big fan of JKay's framework and DeLuxe Settings. For me, they are so useful and indispensable. Currently, JKay supports up to LPG, (I know, I said I was on LPI, but that is thanks to Hawker's largesse, here), although he is working on an updated, v14.1, version for both LPG and LPI. See, here.

The second reason is that since Samsung do not, as far as I am aware, issue changelogs, there seems to be no way of finding out what improvements, if any, are in a new firmware.

You cannot rely on firmware lettering/numbering as, for instance, Argentina had a firmware release of LPK in May, (the only country AFAIK, to get LPK), whilst Europe, unbranded, was only just getting LPD.

I'm not convinced that the, "Build date", offers much help as that just tells you when a particular firmware was, "signed off". It does not seem to tell you which Samsung build a particular firmware release is based on. For all I know, UHLPS, could be based on the old LPS firmware that came out in March for Poland, (Samsung have gone round the alphabet).

I have to say, that I wholeheartedly echo other posters comments on sale. He is one of, if not the most, helpful and polite developers that I have ever come across. He certainly knows his stuff and nothing seems to be too much trouble for him. His NEAT ROM's are a joy to use and the Lite versions give me so much better battery life when used in conjunction with the Siyah, v3.3.2, kernel and ExTweaks. I must also not forget to mention his mod's, many of which I use, as, like the JKay framework and settings, they allow me to configure my phone for my optimal usage and ease.

For my own selfish reasons, I don't want sale to burn himself out or become disillusioned as I know that things are not easy for him at the moment.

Therefore, I am going to do something that I have not done before, and that is to donate again to sale, After all, it seems only fair that I've used 4 or 5 of his ROM's and a donation is the same as paying for something in the Play Store. Plus, as a donator, sale emails me with the latest ROM's and download links before going public. This allows me to get a jump on the majority of users but does have its drawbacks... namely, I'm afraid to get drunk in case I get an email from sale, with a new release that I've been waiting for, when I'm in the pub! This has actually happened. As I started to download the firmware, there and then, my companion told me, in no uncertain terms, that she would shove my phone where the sun don't shine!

That brings me to my final request sale... could you please give donator's a 24 or 48 hour lead in time before releasing so that I do not end up walking in a funny way. ;)

Oh! I nearly forgot... what do you eat for breakfast, again?

Still doesn't work.

Two things i've noticed:
1 - Does not Lock
2 - Does not show the Extended Power Menu.

I've done a clean install 3 times. Redownloaded and everything but still the same. Other than this, everything is fine.
 
Is anyone else having issues trying to download ICS Domination v4.6.2
Keps failing on me aaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Guys... i still unable to use the Extended Power Menu or Lock the phone.

I tried even with XWLPI but still the same. Downloaded from different links... installed from different USB cables and computers.

I have done a clear install... that i know for sure.

It doesnt even ask if i wanna shut down... even if i select this option on Jkay Deuxe.

There is something i need to install due to the ROM being the Lite version ?

copy this zip to internal sd
go to apps/cwm/flash update/find downloaded zip/done

Still the same. When i press power, the phone shut down. It only happens with NeatROM Lite. Tried UHLPS and XWLPI and still the same thing.

I need to install any MOD to have those functions ON due to Lite version limitation ?
