Ah it's just that when you go to enter a password for wifi it's very hard to see because everything is white! Try it out, long press on your wifi connection and select "modify network". Vert didn't theme it I guess, not Sales fault!!
 
i cant install apps from google play.
it says...

error processing purchase. [DF-BPA-09]
im not using any credit card to purchase app, just the free ones.
and i never provided my credit card number but it was all fine before. [ i dont have any ]

it is happening after i flashed neatrom v.2.2
when i tried to use play it wanted my credit card number.i couldn't provide any so i skipped it.
i flashed the stock XXLPW but no luck.
then i used TB to restore previous google play app and data and again no luck.
i deleted cache and data and again setup the google account.
but still no luck.

what should i do now?
i need to use google play without any card number as i did before.
help pls.....


p.s. is it a wrong thread to post this?

A few things to try:
1
Settings,
Accounts and Sync,
Google,
Unsync Gmail,
Resync Gmail.

Clear data in google framework services

It may be a DPI issue, but I can't remember where I read this

i just rebooted my phone, deleted and re-added google account and now it works.

i guess thats how i should start my google play when i flash neatrom...
 
i have flashed XWLPI NeatRom Lite and siyah 3.4.1 + some mods by sale and everything is working fine except....

1. ICS Galaxy S3 TouchWizUX-1.6 beta 2 (launcher not working but in app drawer there is UXsetting, but icon pack is working )
[ok, in XDA someone says wipe dalvik-cache.
should i wipe dalvik-cache then again flash S3 touchwizux and re-boot?]

2. google internet sync (says prob with sync)

what should i do now?

LPG and LPG. If you visit Jkays ICS page and click on the LPG framework, youll get taken to a page with deodexed and odexed folders.

Open the Deodexed folder and download the ICS themed version. Install and voila , all the blue ICS themed goodnes youve grown to love with all the regular functionality of JKay settings backed up by a stable and proven version on NEAT.
 
1. Use apex launcher. It's 100% reliable, much more configurable and is one of the best launchers there is.

2. Try removing and re adding your google account.
 
i flashed S3 TouchWizUX 1.6beta2 + icon pack + stock widget

only icon pack is working
and im missing my message app + accu-weather app!!!

i followed XDA and removed TouchWizUX seclauncher app + libdrawglfunction.so file from system but i dont know how to remove the icon app + stock widget.

how can i get back my message + accu-weather app?
and how to remove those two?
 
I want to go to LPI since so many of you guys like it better. Which one should I go for Neatrom lite 1.2 or 1.1? Do you I have to wipe my phone as I'm currently on that latest Neat rom.

Just download the lpi neatrom lite from the xda thread, it's under 29th June 2012
 in the download links. Stick it on the phone
1. Do nandroid backup
2. Wipe cache + dalvik
3. Locate the zip on sd card (neatrom)
4. flash!

You might prefer to change the kernal afterwards - Siyah is always good. I did these steps a couple of days ago, was on the latest version of neat (uhlps) previous to this.

I'm on the latest siyah kernel. Does the lpi have an older version of it?
 
Yeah it's, it definitely isn't siyah either. When you're in cwm on the LPI kernel that sale uses you have to use the power button to select the options you want, whereas siyah allow you to use the home button. Just in case you have never been on a non siyah kernel before it can be a bit confusing.
 
I am using Neat Lite LPI themed with VERTUMUS ICS Domination. However I am having issues getting the blue circle battery mod to work. I have flashed Vertumus blue battery icon (linked off of JKay thread on xda) and I have tried the one off of Salesale xda Neat page. Neither of them even take effect, I still end up with the typical blue "battery " looking icon.

However when I flash Hawkers green battery circle icon that he linked in the JKay thread, that one works. But I didn't really want the green one when the rest of my phone is themed blue.

Any ideas?

I thing I have noticed is that my network (phone) is getting disconnected and not re-connecting (this has not happened on this phone before). Also had a phone call drop out yesterday (this has never happened on this phone and network before). The solution to get the network back was to reboot the phone. I did try to put the phone on airplane mode so it would force the phone to search for the carrier, but for some reason the Airplane mode switch in the pull down only seems turn the icon on and not put the phone into Airplane mode.

Anyone else have these issues and what did you do to fix them?

Hi, i'm having this very issue, it's not a major problem as you can restart it and the phone picks up signal again. just slightly annoying, cos if i haven't looked at my phone for a few hours, i get annoyed as i might have missed calls or email during this time.

Would be great if a solution could be found, I guess this is something that will need to be a flashed update or something.
 
What percentage is your battery currently on? It's only blue after 75% if i remember right, then it goes green yellow and red as it drops further.
 
As Sale is currently on holiday until 12th August, there is no way of knowing for certain.

He is very keen on a 4.0.4 release. 4.1 almost certainly not as this is CM10/AOKP and Sale only does stock Sammy ROMs. A 4.1 Neat will not come around until Samsung officially release their JB offering.

I would say possibly an LPT release if the brick bug is guaranteed fixed, but who knows, by the time the 12th comes, there may be an LPU or LPV around.
 
Neat doesn't come with Swype which I really use and like. How can I reinstall the original Swype that comes with Stock Rom?

I've installed a beta version that can be downloaded and installed from the Swype site but I would like to recover Swype that comes embedded with original ROM.

I've updated from Siyah 3.5.2 to 4.0.1.

Befor the update, my battery was 50% and after updated it fell to 13% Is this normal?
