Only had it a few hours will give it a proper test and get back to you in a couple of days of no one replies before me. I'm a heavy user though. 9 / 10 hours is good for me just now. Will let you know if it improves
 
On a battery note does anyone ever renew theirs? i have 3 brand new ones,i just think that after a while the battery surley must deteriate and perhaps its not the phone...........?
 
The batteries do degrade over time, it's why I am/will if, buy a new battery for the Mrs to use my s2, if she ever decides to use it!

IHave however purchased two anker batteries for my s4,

Never had this issue of switching phone, hubby is a tooo proud iphone5 owner. :rolleyes:
[never let anyone touch his phone ]

Although on some rare occasions he does admit that he misses ALL the MODS i have and he doesn't. :D :rock:
 
My Mrs just doesn't like the change, she loves the size of her galaxy w, would never get an iPhone though! Lol her phone I'd just a little slow these days and the 16gb sd card I got her keeps causing her phone to restart etc, but it's fine in my old s2!
 
It was strange,I preferred the size of the s2, in fact I preferred most things about the s2 except the screen is noticeably better! I have really small hands(really girly hands....and I'm a rugby playing man!) So holding it for some things can be an issue. Common complaint for all Samsung's in the build, personally u prefer it as a plasticy feel as it is easier to replace bits etc.battery life on stock battery and stock Rom is an improvement(as expected) but naturally some tasks can drain it quickly. Can't wait to pluck up the courage to flash custom Roms(how much do you need to reach your target Sasa? Lol)

Camera is great, more options on it including the ability to use volume keys for different tasks(shoot, record it zoom) also animation mode creates .gif files which can be used to create a boot animation :-) sound is louder on the speaker for music etc, other features really are just gimmicks, smart pause works, but if you are trying to show someone else a video it doesn't really work properly. I do like the glance feature and led notifications(three colours, flash different colours for different things, but not enough customisation on it) overall I'm glad I upgraded, octa wasn't available but quad core is just fine....anything else specific you wanna know just ask :-) in pretty sure in but the only member from here moving on up ;-)

Strange.
Most of my family prefers S2 , although only I use it and rest of them use different phones including Galaxy S.

I really prefer the size of S2 :) , the size feels perfect for my hand and I really like the shape [ I hate that semi circular corner shape of s & s3 ]
.And if for some reason I want a bigger screen I will opt for buying a tablet.

The only reason I would consider changing my phone would be either it's too old :p or it's dead :rolleyes: .
 
Not so happy with NeatROM Lite LSS as i was with NeatROM Lite LSD.
[ as per battery life ]

Changing the NAME might do the trick.....:aetsch:


P.s. any idea why my signature isn't showing?
 
Stuck on Yellow triangle after flashing Lite LSW.

not literally stuck.....yellow triangle page beeping like in every 5 sec and that's all...going nowhere and again yellow triangle page.

went to recovery and tried reboot....same thing again.

what to do ???

Why this happened?

i think it has got something to do with this line i saw after flashing lite LSW '' can't find emmc '' [ don't remember the exact word though ]
This line wasn't there when flashed LSD. and LSD is working alright.

any idea , anyone? @SaleSale ???
