Thanks sntaylor ,I hear the mini S4 is coming out Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini - Smartphones - CNET Reviews my upgarade isn,t until next march,the mini doesn,t look much better than the S2 for me,so will see what choices i will have till then.

No problem if they gave the same specs but in a smaller size(ie mini) then I'd probably go for it, I'm in complete agreement regarding the form factor of the s2, just feels better, but as I will no doubt be using my phone at work for streaming tv and things so bigger screen is good for that, just a pain to hold and type sometimes! Lol

i think it has got something to do with this line i saw after flashing lite LSW '' can't find emmc '' [ don't remember the exact word though ]
This line wasn't there when flashed LSD. and LSD is working alright.

any idea , anyone? @SaleSale ???

Download again, check md5sum, full wipe, format system and preload under mounts and storage, flash rom

First half cycle of JB LSW NeatRom lite promising so far! This was taking phone off charge leaving work at half 4 and getting into work the following day at half 8. Glued to Tapatalk most of evening on and off too!

Thanks for sharing ur battery usage on LSW.
I had better battery life with LSD or LSS [ like max 1 day and 21 hours, mostly with LSD ] but i'm not a heavy user.

Will try LSW and see how it goes...

Full wipe ( by Hawker's GS2ROMNuke ) then flashed re-downloaded NeatROM Lite LSW and voila .....

S2 all set up and running smooth.

This is the battery life i have now after flashing NeatROM Lite LSW and it's been only 2 days.
ROM is super smooth, no lag.
I haven't changed the kernel though, still in philz. [ considering whether to jump to siyah or remain in philz. ]
I'm not a heavy user and if this is what i get from battery, i'm in heaven.
[ providing i never achieved 2 days in a single charge other than my $20 Nokia ]

ps. just have to see how it goes under heavy usage.....

Heavy usage = batt can go in less than 8h but normal use, 24h no problem

I strongly recommend a clean install using full wipe

Otherwise no problems with dropping Neat 4.8 on top of an ICS 4.0.3 system?
