Cool! I can live without the LWP, but the lag is the bigest headache I have now.

It doesn't happen to have that Friend Stream at all? I saw that on the EVO preview and thought that app could save room on my home screens by combining my Facebook and Twitter into one.
 
Of course, now that I am playing with 2.1, it looks like you CAN see what your address is under Accounts and Sync. Thanks HTC! Grrr.

Hell, I am getting an Evo anyways, probably going to go through this then anyways...

probably within the next couple of days. Damageless plans to have an update out tonight, but given his past deadlines, I'd expect it tomorrow (his updates tend to be a bit later than he plans due to wanting to put out a perfect release each time)
 
Everything is good for me so far- still in discovery mode though just messing around seeing what is different.

One thing, I can't get or find MLB At Bat 2010 in the market. I know it exists but I cannot see it anywhere. I bought it before. One thing though I did completely reset my phone a few weeks ago but i was able to redownload it from the market no problem.

Wonder why it isn't there?

perhaps there's a bug keeping protected apps from showing up? It's happened before with other leaks and rom's.

Can you find "Twidroid" or "Twidroid Pro"?
 
ya, things seem to be running much smoother and quicker response on things. it has the squeeze screen see all 7 windows option too
 
Damn. Requested item could not be found. Scanned the barcode and clicked on open in market and got that error message. Strange. Wonder what else isn't available?
 
Am downloading apps from the market okay on this release - havent done any paid ones but apps like TFLN, K-9, ATK, etc. all downloading without issue...
 
So no friend stream widget, no live wallpaper no 3D galary? how is this an upgrade? What are you getting then? google voice navigation?
 
There was talk of the previous leak possibly not allowing us to go to the official version. Does that threat apply to this new RUU as well?
 
Damn... i keep getting an 170 usb connection error. trying to update from previous leak. any suggestions?

[EDIT] Fixed with a comp reboot. installing now

[EDIT 2] The ne "NOW" screen is hideous! Thought it froze but it just too a lot longer to boot than previous leak, prob due to the added sprint branding.

Everything seems fine! pretty smooth compared to the previous too, I just hope the audio loss problem is fixed, it was really strating to drive me crazy.
