Superuser-3.0.7-efghi-signed.zip just flash that in recovery and you will have a rooted stock rom:
Another question. In the "flash the SU" part of the guide....what exactly does this mean?
As in, how exactly do I "flash that in recovery"? Do I just download that and put it on my SD card and restart the phone with the volume key like I did before?

go into recovery select install .zip from sd card, then find the su file and select it. it should then flash it for you.
I think I'm understanding you. Essentially the same process as getting the recovery file on the phone, yes? Load that white screen with the volume keys, etc?

aha, couldn't wait til tomorrow at work eh?Alright guys, time to flash the rom!

One final question. If I want to flash a new rom do I do the last few steps over again each time?

Ok 2 questions. I'm noticing some lag on the menus and such on my phone. Is this normal and how do I fix it?
