Its still all rumors for now, you havent missed anything real.

I got the same notice and was like: "OH GOSH ITS HABBEDING!!!" only to find out it was a reminder... Oh well, still was nice to see it was working :)

Droid Life seemed very convinced that some announcement will be made tomorrow, though ordering and other details were just speculation. They seemed to think it's going to be an online launch with some tech sites having an "exclusive" insider early review of the device. In any event I'll be ready. My students are doing some independent work over the next few days.

Wait wait. Released, or announced?

Isnt it a bit too soon to announce, launch, and release the device all in one swoop? Thats a bit drastic, no?

Just know they do pass out KitKats on Halloween.

This will be my first purchase of a phone on day 1. How fast do companies come out with cases and screen protectors? I get real paranoid about scratching my phones :o
 
I am not sure if this has been posted but FWIW...

This device will be a beast, I believe it will be readily available November 4th or 5th...maybe this Friday but either way this will be a beast device as long as there is no serious hardware/software hiccups and or a plague of lemons.

I can't believe that my friend will be purchasing up to 6 and one will be given to me.
