I thought the Bears would run more. The game wasn't al long exciting plays but it was always close and watchable. The Bears lacked a half point of covering the spread but I'm not a gambler. I'll take the W.

I thought the Panthers were better than a 1-7 record, well 1-8 now. I still have more faith in Bagent at QB, than Fields. I also won't arm wrestle Bagent father 🤣
Looking at the stats, I'd say the Bears played a good game. They held the Panthers to 213 yards offense which was their season low. Bagent completed 20 of 33 attempts for 162 yards with no picks or fumbles. It wasn't fancy but they played well.
yawn.....glad i did not get to watch this. seemed like a yawner......lol
If you like high powered offense... it was not a game you would have liked.

If you like offense, the Lions - Chargers game was right up your alley. I told my son that whoever had the ball last would win that game. The last team was the Lions unfortunately.
That was a horrible game as far as defense goes... Neither team could stop the other. Oh well, at least the lions were the heartbreaker this time, instead of always losing those types of games...
The Broncos at the Bills tonight. I don't have a favorite in this one but I'll take the Bills at home. Buffalo is favored by most analysts.

All the "experts" picked Buffalo, so of course they loose.
They earned their loss. They played bad football all night. I laughed when the kicker missed the field goal and then laughed even harder when the bills had 12 men on the field. sheesh!
So the Bills fire their Offensive Coordinator because Josh Allen thinks he's Brett Favre and plays reckless. I don't get this.
That's like blaming the water for a leak in your boat. Allen is a gun slinger.. no doubt about it. His receiving core could have caught some of his passes instead of dropping them or tipping them to Denver. They looked bad in many areas last night and some O calls could have been better than what they ran. That's easy to say once you see the plays didn't work. As I watched, though I'm just an average spectator, I didn't think the O calls were bad. If I were to place a blame for the Bills loss on someone, I'd call out the entire coaching staff. The Bills, just like the Chiefs, were not prepared for the Broncos determination to win. They were expecting a cake walk and not pie in the face.
There was absolutely zero wrong with the play calls last night, the players just didn't execute. Someone has to be the fall guy I guess.
