Root No LED notification after installing GB?

I installed GB last night and haven't been getting LED notifications for emails ever since. I can't find a setting to turn them on either. Am I missing something, or is this missing?
 
Mine was working for a while. They eventually stopped. I reflashed GB and they are working again. Time will tell how long they last, but so far so good.
 
I'm using LightFlow and had some issues with the LED not being 100% reliable until the update that went out... yesterday, I think. Now my notifications are back on track.
 
I tried Lightflow with no luck on the LED.

I had the constant sync icon too, so I decided to do a factory wipe and so far so good. LED is blinking on email receipt, sync icon isn't on constantly, and I'm running rooted GB. I'm letting the market reload my apps instead of Ti Back-up right now. I think there might be something in the backup from 2.2 that might have been the issue, or it just took a factory reset in GB to clean up the install.
 
So to clear up you do the factory reset after GB is already installed. So just boot in CWM, do a factory reset then reboot?
 
i'm not getting any LED notifications either, so i went back and did a factory reset and before downloading anything from the market or restoring any of my program backups i had my wife send me a text and call me and still no LED notification for the text or missed call....
 
I'm getting this as well. But its sporadic. Only seeing this since the rooted build.

The first build that was released I had no issues. Guess I wont bother with a factory reset then.
 
I had the same issues when I was on GB,amazing how much I relied on that blinking light....I sbfed back,couldnt take it anymore,lol....
 
I had the same issue after I installed the crt animation. Went back to backup made before crt install and led worked again. Reinstalled crt mod and no more led. As long as I don't use the crt mod the led works correctly.
 
No LED here either, but i use chompSMS so the widget pops up for me and I have my emails set to a notification sound. Still though, it feels odd not having the little bugger go off in conjunction.

Ditch Blink, pick up Lightflow. It's like Blink on steroids. Plus the app developer is clearly super active since it seems like every day I have an update that supports more third party apps.
 
mine work...no third party LED apps installed...

Edit: Check that!....SMS message LED notifications work...GMail does not

Edit: check that again!...SMS ALWAYS works...GMail seems spotty
 
This problem is a pita.

SBF'ing at the moment. Going back to Fission. Will try Liberty once its open to the public. :)

+1 re. Light Flow...

I've exchanged emails, PMs, and Gmail chatted with the developer, Andrew Moore, and I very impressed with his knowledge and dedication to his app. Solid, talented developer. Can't go wrong with Light Flow.

Well, mine is broke again. I've tried light flow, but it only blinks once regardless of settings. Blink doesn't work at all. I do do use handcent, but am willing to ditch it to get my led back.

I work in a loud environment so the led is important to me, so unless I can get this figured out, it's back to froyo for me...

Same issue for me. That's why I went back to Fission. :)
