No s3 for metro...?? Wait

Metro is in the process of updating their towers and plan on having 10mhz of spectrum in all their markets sometime next year.

Eventually metro wants to dump their CDMA network in favor of LTE which is why they're putting out more 4G phones.

The Optimus G is rumored to have the quad core too, which the US version of the S3 does not. ;)

Now find a comparison of the Optimus G (quad core) & the international version of the S3 with the quad core. ;)

I'm sure what ever those numbers are are projections being the phone is no where near being released.

The truth is in multiple hands on comparisons.

Lg said this is their phone to compete in the high end market and to make a bounce back.

since metro likes having the carriers no one had ever heard, they would get the oppo find. That would be disgusting.

I wonder if it will be the first for here? Would be surprising if LG beats everyone else.

Must be a reason quad is over seas but not here. Must be.
 
I believe lg has come a long way and capable of building good quality phones but we have to be realistic that Samsung is already a force and the s3 success shows it

LG would have to do alot to top Samsung, topping the S3 is going in the coming months, and the OG may just be one of em. But LG has gotten a bad rep and alot of ppl wont give em another chance, then again alot of those ppl bought cheap ass devices n expected Nexus features. lol

i agree. Regardless, it's one more phone that dominates the iphone, not hard just saying, and I'm all for that.

Yeah also i don't see an LG phone branding the nexus name the honor were given to Samsung and Asus

Yeah now people that don't know need to realize that the s3 is the phone to have I watch a good vs battle video on phonedog. Com where they clearly show the s3 on top of the iPhone
 
We gotta recognize LG indeed produce some Very good hardware spec that could beat any phone. But just like Samsung they need to step up with software development and unique features ...

Honestly when you get down to it, there's several 2 year old phones that are better than the isheephone.

Lg makes good ish though, obviously with the esteem.

the iphone5?? nah it has the new chipset too, and its longer, lighter, and ummm, ok I ran out of nice things to say about it. ;)

Yup i just mentioned something about that because sprint or dish network might merger with metro pcs, if dish merge with us, Dish currently owns 40 MHz of S-band spectrum--specifically from 2000-2020 MHz and 2180-2200 MHz. ;)

do what??? the CDMA is the call/text part, LTE/4G is data. There is no dumping CDMA unless they switch to GSM or some new tech, in either case would mean a complete new line of devices for such. ;)

That's why they are going to VoLTE so everything including calls and text will be over LTE.

I read the LG Optimus G will NOT have a microsd slot!! It's not for me.
