I would say our L70 is far from being a gaming system ;)
If you see a sudden drop in performance between 12.1 and 13, it's not always related to a device itself. Sometimes the dev of the game introduces minor autoupdates that make the game look better but laggy on older phones.
To make sure cm13 is the cause you would have to launch a particular game on two identical phones at the same time but equipped with a different cm. It's almost impossible since the performance is related to many aspects and user's content. ;)

I know the l70 is not a gaming device but I thought that would work like cm12.1 after some updates , tanks for solve my doubt

Well yeah,it can run games,at least i tried asphalt 8 on cm12 when foldermount was avalible, but now im out of memory ! does link2sd works on cm13 ? or something like that?

I have the adoptable storage and works pretty good and no link2sd dont work on cm13 :c

you have to do is formatted with the same adoptable storage, you'll configuration-storage and micro usb- select the card, and you have to format the microsd as storage for photos, videos, etc.

already done and I used lowlevel, sd formatter and zilch and is not the first to break me this shit phone

Well, it worked ami me that, I've gotten the micro sd to the computer with adoptable storage and does not work when you format with the same configuration storage configurations, it works.
 
is not the first card that corrupts me this phone three since leaving CM13 in the same way , some hangs file in a un update and reboot already corruptedand to throw it and are not cheap to buy a card every three months

I did, but I strongly advice NOT to flash it. It gives a repeating error dialog just after launching the system. I ended up dirty-flashing 2016-04-12 nightly.
2016-04-19 is better but still has some bugs, like no weather updates with Yahoo Weather or FC when trying to enter Live Display.
