It depends on how you've got the the bootloop. Did it happen just after flashing this rom?
You may try to enter recovery mode and wipe cache and dalvik. If it doesn't help, you may also need to wipe data or fresh install the rom.
There's also a download mode that can be entered with a key combo and USB cable plugged in. Search for it.

I downloaded a app and it just resetted then went into bootloop, lol. I'm not home to do the fastboot recovery method I tried the button combination but it doesn't go into recovery.

Edit: forget it, The button combinations worked. I'm just going to re-install the rom

Silly question, with cm13 I'm able to make my extra 64gb micro sd to internal storage correct? or will I have to do this? http://androidforums.com/threads/make-sd-into-internal-mem-detailed-ms323.895206/

Try Vladimir's unofficial CM13 build from April 11, its pretty solid for me, and really fast.
 
On 23.04 version I can't use quick setting, quick setting doesn't appear when I swipe down the status bar. I'm using 30.03 version before. What version that still stable at all? I'm d325 user

Yes, with CM13 you should be able to use your card as an adaptive storage. Try it. There were few bug reports regarding SD cards but you may be the lucky one :)

Where am I wrong?
In application settings is checked "display weather" but does not appear.

The same happens to me, but OpenWeatherMap works when I set the location manually. Did you try it?
 
This was put, only to leave registered and to leave them informed:

Yesterday I resolved to go out from my personalized Stock ROM to test the last launched versions (SNAPSHOT and NIGHTLY)...

Even after countless hard-working repairs, the things remain equals in the query "rear camera".
Camera works but still those stripes flame type with 'higher brightness,' in the view. These flares are captured in photos and videos.
Note: Two versions were tested in clean installations.

May I know what browser you use? Is it a stock cm13 one?
I'm not using adaptive storage as of now, so I don't know if there's anything more to be done.
After all, I chose to repartition internal memory and use SD as a portable storage. It's the least problematic option, I suppose.

This browser is a home made Chromium thing, and I would not draw any conclusions from using it. Many people reported some serious bugs on XDA and I really doubt it is capable of using CM13 adaptive storage. Check if the problem persists while using a stock CM browser.

Live Display still FC,but it works when you set in wallpapers,only does not work in lock screen.:)

You mean that the weather widget is working on a home screen, right?
I see that LiveDisplay is still broken, but there are 4 changes related to it in the next nightly, so maybe it will be OK finally.

With the latest nightly, the awesome LiveDisplay feature was completely removed from our devices. The changelog says it was done to devices that are misconfigured to use it. That's just ridiculous since LiveDisplay was working flawlessly on L70 until some time ago. :mad:
It looks like I have to stick to 20160408 nightly that still has it.

Like I said before, Vladimir's unnoficial build from April 11 works flawlessly, and its really fast too.
