Maybe it's because I installed through TWRP? I'm guessing I HAVE to flash CM's recovery and then install CM13?

No you don't need to. TWRP works fine. Must have done something wrong.
Tell me what you have done so I may be able to help you.

There's something wrong on your side.

That's not a bug, you just need to be careful when changing DPI. You cannot just enter any value you wish.

That's official feature in cm, settings -> display -> DPI/LCD density...

There is some visual problem in rom.
When search bar in recent menu is off and going to recent menu in an app, animation not working good.

Yep. tried with a proxy and it showed the change log. it must be blocked by some governmental firewall, i suppose.

I have a problem when flashing the latest version, when it say patching system image unconditionally, it stuck. I've been waiting it for long time but still no go. But, this problem isn't happen when i try flashing another rom .

You need to do repartition.

edit : problem solved
After changing the system partition size back to normal like in the stockrom, finally it can flashing normaly

CM13 need bigger system partition, you need to do new repartition..

If you never do a repartition, and partitions are on stock size, than you dont need to do anything..
