Why post a blurry picture like that. If you have it you have it... post some vid's from YouTube, take better pictures... present it as proudly as you know you should... don't hand me that shaky cam blurred beyond recognition picture. If you have it great, share with us if you could how you came into it?

I make this vow, unless I'm put under a NDA, if I am so lucky to get the EVO prior to the expected release date... I will wow all with videos and pics and as long as the MOD's are ok with it a Q&A thread that will hopefully rival this thread (if there is already such a thread I wouldn't know about it, since I am enamored with this one).

If you order this EVO online (sprint.com) do you pay sales tax?

And I'm not trying to start an argument over this. . . . just a simple question. . . How is it that we know for a fact that the battery from the hero fits into the EVO? I'd like to buy an extra battery or two and a couple of chargers but hate to throw money out the window on speculation. Just asking. . . . .:o
 
Of the EVO. He has three hands-on videos. A user asked him in the AC thread if he could post pictures and videos captured by the EVO and I quoted to ask the same. I'm praying he gets up some samples soon!

I asked HTC about the battery and got the following response:

Dear Howard, The Sprint EVO 4G, we are not sure which battery and how big the battery will be. We do know that the battery will be a lot more powerful than any other phone in the US Market, due to it will need the power to use the 4G bands. Sprint Corporate office is in Overland Park, Ks I would assume he is a Sprint employee and perhaps as BSOD said they also have been told they can be a little less tight lipped about it. Maybe their building a buzz so to speak.

Nah, its new IMO. The former videos were in his office and this one seems to be in his house. I have no reason not to believe him at this point really, but I get what you're saying.
