I'll stay up until MNF is over, and if it's close to 11PM central (midnight eastern), I may stick around a little longer just to see if anything happens...then I'm gone. Work tomorrow AM.
 
So it was talked about many posts ago and I can't find it but if pre-orders do go live tonight or any other time, wasn't there gonna be a secret code phrase of "I pooped my pants". Is that still a go?

edit: and no I didn't poop my pants. I might if this actually happens tonight!!

lol oh brother, not such a bad move then...but if/when pre-order becomes available call in and talk to a rep about it, get their name and make sure everything is documented to your account..like everyone says, they may not know much, but their job is to help.

or pick up at local store. I'm thinking they should be open early on release day like they were for the og droid. then folks saying they have to work that day may be able to pick it up going in earlier? i'll be there an hour or two before they open..fiending
 
Have a question for you guys. I currently have 4 lines with VZW, 2 unlimited data lines, and 2 dumb phone lines. One of the dumb phone lines has an upgrade available as well as an unlimited line(which is for my nexus). Is it possible to use the dumb phone line upgrade for a Dinc2 for my wife, then switch the phone to her unlimited data line without getting another 30$/month payment? thanks!

Yes! You can transfer upgrades to different lines, or upgrade the line and switch the phones after the fact. Call a CSR and they will help you do it.
 
I guess now that i'm out of Lurker mode I should thank everyone here in the forum for feeding my new found addiction to the Galaxy Nexus as it has helped me to kick drinking!!! lol

My instinct says anything can be done which obeys the VZW Law of Preservation of Data Plans, but you'd be wise to follow up after the dust clears to make sure that all of your lines have the appropriate plans (including Unlimited status) in your MyVerizon account.

And I've just learned that. :o

A mod can edit your post. Don't fret over it. Just with some of the drama lately, I don't want the mods coming into a storm having to do a lot of cleanup.

The mods have done thier best to keep this thread going smooth, which is a lot more work then they're given credit for. We should all try to make thier life a little more easy. ;)
