Yep, I HATE taking the case off. It's a struggle to take it off without ripping the battery cover off with it.

Try taking off the case from the top right hand corner. I thought about why it was happening and came to a conclusion that is where we open the back cover to access the battery/micro sd card. I tried the top right hand corner so I won't have to fumble around with the on/off button and the volume toggles and it's working well for me.

Well this is interesting. So it's not the battery but how it's being charged? SO the next logical step is, how can we force the phone's charger to fill that battery up to it's potential?

I was just about to buy a Seidio battery until I found out that you might need the desktop charger with it.

I wouldnt say you NEED the charger but my experien has been that it charges the batteries more fully. I think the seidio battery definitely provides more juice when all things are equal.

dang that sucks. I have the silicone case with the (temporary) Verizon shield. Waiting on Steinheil and hoping it won't mess up the corners

Can you post a picture with the cover closed using the 1750? A close up where the gap would be. thanks!
:p

I too got the 1750 and there is no gap. Cover fits just like over the OEM.

My experience was using the OEM since I got the DI on 28th. Took it through 3-4 charge-discharge cycles and noticed an improvement in performance with same average use of phone. I'd take it off charge in the morning and by about 4PM I'd be down to 30-40%. By about 9-10PM I'd be in 15-25% range.

On first full (8hr+) charge with Seidio, was at 60% by 4PM and that included using some GPS which I don't normally do. At 10PM it was still over 50%. This morning right at 50%. I turned on GPS and left it on, left compass on for about half hour and it finally went below 15% at about 1PM today.

I know there's a review out there that is not favorable of the 1750 Batt. It may have been done with instruments, but I'm guessing they may have had a sample size of one and we all know how products like these can vary. So, it may be anecdotal, but there seems to be a growing number (i.e., much larger sample size) of those of us who are seeing a great improvement in performance with Siedio 1750 over OEM 1300 battery.

If you haven't yet, go for it!

Duh, it never occurred to me to mix and match my cases, but after seeing a post here a day or so ago did so.
I really like the look of my VZW red-black gradient case. However, I do sometimes need a holster and wanted one that mounts the phone faced in to protect screen so also got the VZW shell case. I thought I'd have to be swapping cases when I needed the holster. Turns out the phone with the gradient case on instead of the shell case fits perfectly in the shell case holster.

By Desktop charger you mean the battery cradle right? I wonder if you would get the same effect just plugging in the usb to the phone. I know it takes longer to charge that way, but do you think it will have the same effect?

If you want the battery to charge fully turn the phone off to charge turn it back on when its done. it will falsely charge to 100 when its on, but when you turn the phone off the led will turn orange again and it will charge more.

I was afraid that might be the issue. I'm just not in the position to shut off the phone at any time, so I guess it's a good thing I got the desktop/cradle charger!

I just got mine in the mail. I will be turning off my phone tonight and letting it charge overnight.

Same here. Got mine today as well. I am very happy about the packaging too. I will be able to easily return it should I want to get the OEM extended battery.

And I got it for $41... :-)

I just ordered mines. When I tried to order it though, he asked for my IMEID and I told him I had an Incredible, not the N1. He said, "Do you want the Incredible's pouch instead?"

I asked him what it looked like, but he couldnt describe it to me. So I ordered the N1's pouch.

Now... my question is: Does anyone have any idea what the Incredible's pouch looks like? :) I wasnt brave enough to order one...

I'm wondering about this. When I called, I too told them that I had an Incredible and I just wanted the sleeve. He said he thought the Incredible came with a sleeve and I should have one.

Just curious if there is a different sleeve for the incredible. I like the Nexus One sleeve though so whatever.
