I ordered my burgundy case and holster on Tuesday and my order still says processing. I did not pay for expedited shipping. What gives? Seems that they are not consistent in processing orders.

the INC already has a 1250 or 1300 maH battery, what's the point of a 1500mAh? Was the 1500mAh made for the INC? I see it's red so maybe it is, but that seems like too little of an increase for it to be worth while to produce. Also, if they were gonna come out with a 1500 why not just make the OEM 1500? thoughts?

because HTC likes money?

whats this do to Google talk if you turn it off? will you not be notified until something else syncs or does it check every few minutes anyway? I don't get emails that I need instant notification nor do I get chats that need to be answered immediately so this is a good option, just don't want ppl waiting for an hour for me to answer.

I don't use Google Talk, so I can't say for certain: but I would imagine you would not receive anything while the phone is asleep.

So, disabling mobile data would not allow GMail push then, correct?

Correct.

what is difference b/w push mail and the regular maildroid or gmail shortcut?

Push simply refers to when a mail service, such as gmail...will actually send the email out to your phone. The app on the other hand has to wake up and check the mail every once in awhile.

It is sorta like getting a package. Push is where they come up to your door and directly give you the package, while the normal app the package sits somewhere, and waits for you to come pick it up.

Stangs,

Biig thanks for the pics! I just got my shipping notification a few hours ago and cant wait to get it. I too use the Steinheil CC and was concerned it wouldn't fit properly.

Loving the new Seidio cases they added... the Burgandy is the only other one I'd consider getting. Now if they made a Red/Black Gradient Innocase II that would be sweet! ***hint hint***

Is there any news on the desktop dock ETA?

Seriously? Cause I can get those for like $14. Hmmmmm...

EDIT: Pulled the trigger, bought a chrome pair for $15 shipped. Let's see how they do!

lol yea... i like it alot. i like the feel of it... gives me a sense of security ince its not all rubber... but it does work great. let me know how it works for u

Ordered Sapphire Blue May 25th. Got ordered confirmation email at 18:32 same day. I received shipped email on 5/27/2010 at 1508 with a tracking number. Ready like the holster set up after using one on my Samsung I760 with the extended battery before my upgrade to the Incredible.

Could someone explain why this case is better than silicone cases? I thought the Innocase II would be significantly thinner than the silicone one and it looks to be about the same thickness.

Thanks!

There is incorrect information in this thread. Disabling "Always on mobile data" will not disable Gmail push. I've had mine disabled since day 1 and get Gmail pushed no problem. Have tested this on mulitple occasions by sending from other accounts and they come in immediately.

Gmail syncs from...Settings > Accounts and Sync and having Google enabled as well as having both "Auto Sync" and "Background Data" (applications can sync, send and receive data at any time) checked.

i turned on the mobile thing and gps still got some battery left. seriously gps only activated when theres an app using it. also, i found when i turned off the mobile network thing, my emails are about 5 mins delayed.

If you have an Incredible the must have accessory is the http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=165294134795Seidio Innocase II combo. I got mine today and it is built better than any case I have owned. I swear that it should be a mandatory purchase when you buy the phone. It is a must have! I will say I am disappointed in the Zagg Skin, I am on my second one and they just tend to not fit the contors of the phone. I will probably invest in a Seidio screen protector in the near future.

No joke. They sent me an email. I did pay for fed ex express saver shipping but I don't know if that has anything to do with it. Should be expecting it on Jun 3rd.

I used USPS shipping with the experience that I get stuff in the mail from halfway accross the country in 2 days anyway. Just a thought if you want to call to change it Tuesday (if it didn't ship yet)

I'm alright with being patient, I just want to know why people who ordered theirs last night and today are getting shipping notifications when mines been ordered for weeks and is still processing?

I'm wondering if something is wrong with my order. I was hoping it would ship before the weekend, but I guess that is just my luck.

Steinheil Crystal Clears are in stock again. Just ordered mine. Now just waiting for my Inc to put it on. This wait is killing me!

+1 I just turned off "Always on moblie data" as well and sent a test email to Gmail, it immediately showed up in my Gmail account on my PC and within 30 seconds it was pushed to my phone. I can't testify as to whether turning off this function actually saves any battery. I will come back in 2-3 days and let you know what I find. Others should do the same.

Thanks for the pics! I don't think I like the belt clip holster, though. The fact that it has a brace over top of the device means quick retrieval isn't gonna happen. One thing I like about the VZW one. I liken it to a gun holster, LOL.

It's very quick to take out and more secure than the VZW IMHO.

More secure? I don't doubt it. But not having the top bracer means in and out is easy. It's more like putting a cup in a cupholder than anything, which is what I'm looking for personally.

If you're more active when out with the phone, I could definitely see how you'd need a more secure hold, I just don't is all. :)

Agreed. I have been using their clips for years and I can take it out in a flash. It's hard to explain, but when you grab your phone your thumb just flips it and it pops out. I am a case and holster junkie and have tried them all and like this one the best. Plus it will hold other types of cases.

Well, in "theory" the always on mobile data should cause a delay. What's your sync time? If it's every 5 mins, you might not notice the diff. especially if you caught it just before it synced.

I'm guessing (not attacking) that you have not used the Seidio holster. It is a very smooth, secure action. AND, don't forget the face-in protection

Hasn't almost everyone who has used the convention slide-in clip at least once have had it not it slide-in/snap securely and fall off? Or had difficulty getting it to "click" in?

today I was in the car for a 6 hour road trip with pandora on texting frequently, browsing the internet, etc... I have the stock battery. The phone died after 6 hours which was pretty impressive considering how much I was doing on the phone. ALSO, I was driving through the mountians and was switching between 1x and 3x pretty frequently.

I dont get how you guys dont get a full day on a normal charge with normal use?
