So the other day - - during our pre-bestbuy confirmation days - I put a call into verizon for something totally unrelated to a new phone, and during the call, I was asked if I'd be willing to take part in a customer survey.

When it came to the "would you recommend this to a friend" however, I wasn't as nice. (2/10)
When asked to elaborate, I left a diatribe about how they only market phones once the technology behind them is already surpassed in the market and how they never listen to their memberships desires or have no idea whats really out there in the industry, and that I couldn.....
BAH. Timed out.
When I tried again, I got it out, a little nicer, a litter clearer, but still told them that they sucked in the land of smartphone.

VZW:Which model in particular, sir?
Me: Oh, I'm looking forward to the HTC Incredible
VZW: You must have some decent connections, then, sir, I haven't even heard of that one.
Me: Right. Me neither.
VZW: What?
Me: Exactly. Anyway thanks, and please disregard my original rant, I'll be happy come the 25th (or is it the 29th?)
