OK I just griped and complained that SOME OF YOU (and you know who you are) are getting your new toys, er phones TODAY and I want mine too. I was placed on hold for what seemed like an eternity (3-5 min) only for her to come back, much to my shagrin, and tell me that my phone will not be delivered until the 29th, but MAYBE as early as the 27th. When I explained about how I KNOW FOR SURE that some of YOU already have them, she said not that they are "aware" of. SWING AND MISS, the batters out! :mad:

I managed to get mine in early this morning. It was fine until I was submitting the final order and then it took like 10min to load the confirmation page. Just wait it out.

I edited it out just for you...btw, when i say "Thanks are in order" it's meant to be for whomever is providing the information which is rarely me.

This is what I use, but I have a 3.5mm Aux jack in my car. If you don't have one of those, then they do sell the FM transmitters that let you dial your car stereo to an FM station (lik 87.5 or whatever), and your phone using the device, transmits over the FM radio waves for very short distances.

Thanks. Yeah, I don't have the 3.5 aux (in) in my car, so I'm just going to try the Motorola one that Verizon has on their site. Just ordered it from Amazon for $66 (Vzw was $99) with free shipping... I'll try to post how well it works once it get it...

Agreed...that's basically what the "internet orders" rep told me this morning. He said their supply is getting high and they will start to ship out more and more until the 29th.

I am in the same boat...the CSR told me I was to wait till the 29th :mad:






BUT I am happy for all of you LUCKY DOGZ!
