Why does it matter? Is formatting on your computer really that inconvenient? It's not like formatting is something you do every day...

I DEFINITELY watched a video earlier that showed the guy going into something that's on the phone, stock, where you can create different profiles for work, travel, play, etc. and you can change to each one when you need to. not sure if you can set it to certain times but i'm pretty confident you can do it. unfortunately, i watched several videos before so i don't remember the link. but don't worry, its there.

To really get an idea on how the battery holds up, I think it's going to take a week or two of testing including at least a few charges/discharges. Time will tell. It's also going to vary a lot according to settings (e.g. screen brightness, GPS, wifi, etc.)

I didn't pre-order because I was afraid delivery would be an issue. No one to sign depending on what time they delivered. It took one of my neighbors months to track down a package that was accepted by one of her neighbors...not happening here!!

After hearing about all of you incredibly lucky people who already got your phones I thougt I would try the 611 route... no luck... NO phones have been shipped out early... yeah right.. I directed the CSR to this site. :rolleyes: I told him this is really really unfair... and I even nicely tried the guilt thing... told him the Iphone was looking pretty good right now.... tried the been a customer forever route... nothing. We chatted a little about the possibility of not being able to get one if I waited to launch day...... so I decided to call one of the local corporate stores asked if they had much inquiry about the inc... he said yes, quite a bit....and then he was talking about when the storm was released... he didn't work at that location but at another one... they were out of stock by 1 pm..... now I am getting scared.... My name is on a list... I have an apointment for 10:00 am on the 29th and he guaranteed me (yea I know) that I will get my phone.

I am not good at waiting.... it is something in my personality... it makes me jumpy and uncomfortable.....so how about one of you that have the phone send yours to me and on the 29th I will go pick the one up at my local store and I will ship it to you? :D Please... Please... Pretty please???!!!! :)

So I'm sorta 'seeing' this guy that works at a non-corp VWZ store and he's a nerd (like me) and he asked me a few weeks ago if we were going to pick up the Incredible "together"? I guess like for a 2nd date or something..I didn't say yes or no (b/c it was 3 weeks ago and I didn't want to commit to a second date weeks out till I got to know him better so, I said we'll see.
Well I talked to him last and I let it slip that I already pre-ordered mine on Monday morning and he's NOT TALKING TO ME... lol.... He said that I broke some bond of trust or something....His Facebook status says " I got played today INCREDIBLY".... I told him that we only went on 1 date and he cannot dictate my technical gadget life.
He's 4 yrs younger than me. It's this some kinda Android Fanboy heartbreak??? I feel bad... I'm sure I'll be over it next week when the FedEx guy rings my bell.....

Yes I had that very issue. My BB confirmed (the next day when I called) they would NOT honor any NE2! :eek:

Well I politely explained that I wasn't not about to give up $100 plus 14 dollars in tax money just for the "privilege" of buying thru BB. The assistant manager completely understood and told me he would refund it.

I drove right down to the store and to his suprise and mine, he could find no way to do so. :confused:

I stayed polite about it but firm in the point I wasn't about to take a $114 hit over this. I drove all the way down there to resolve this, was never told they would not honor the discounts at the time of sale, and was told this would NOT be an issue.

He made the management decision to note on my receipt to honor the discount! and signed it! :D Which made me happy because I wanted to go with their insurance policy anyway!

Of course it remains to be seen in 9 days but it looks good so far. :p

Thanks girl! :) I didn't want to take any chances with a guy I hardly know! I can find another fanboy to live INCREDIBLY ever after with.
I need to pick up the new Cosmo.;) I moved here in October and I haven't changed my address yet, I keep saying I'll do it when I leave my cousins house to my own apartment but things like phones keep getting in my way! :D My mom is kinda tired of mailing me all of my mail every couple of weeks especially my magazines.

Yeah. Plus, Indiana Jones had a sweet fedora, a bull whip, and a pistol. Not to mention, he was usually matched with an attractive lady-type. So if you plan on replacing the lady in the equation for the glossy, finger-tempting smoothness of a capacitive OLED touch screen (and my guess is that most here would, without hesitation), I'd stay away from the purse.

Well if he works at a store that sells Verizon then he's probably upset that you aren't waiting to buy it from him. I would be. There is nothing worse than when people do this to me. That takes money out of my pocket when you buy your phone elsewhere.

I can't figure out where it is now, but I remember reading that the GPS locator can tell where you are and you can set your scene based on the location you're in. So, if you're at work in a certain area, you can have a work scene and when it sees you leave your building, it could turn into social.

Also, don't forget to keep requesting Case-Ware to make a case for DInc. You can put three votes on it per day (it's currently #5 in line): case-mate Product Feedback
