From what I've garnered off this thread, you set up gmail first. If you have contacts, etc. on there they will be transferred to the phone. I believe this primary gmail account is the only one that has the true push email (chime in if I'm mistaken). Then you can set up a pop3 mail account (like hotmail, aol, yahoo, etc.) and I believe that can be setup to check for mail as often as every 5 minutes. I think the reason for the primary gmail account is to id the phone on googles network for updates and such. Again if I'm wrong don't hesitate to correct me.:)

I ordered a card with the phone, so now I'm probably going to have two useless cards when I eventually get a large capacity fast card once the dust has settled on the 32GB vs. 16 GB issue.

Maybe I could do a comparison test between a magnifying glass and sulfuric acid or something. See which works fastest. Or maybe one would work for a nano Android/*NIX booter for rooting, programming, testing, etc. Maybe I should hang onto them and use them for data backup. Damn. I was liking the whole sulfuric acid thing...

sounds like a lame idea.. personally I think I would get it just pointing to their invoice that doesnt show it and the current add that shows its there will be enough.

I have a question.

I ordered a class 6 16 gig and i used that one popular program..cant remember the name but something sync, and it didnt import some of the music albums or keep it in the right author folder. The art work shows up in itunes too. Is there a forum for that or does anyone know? Sorry if its off topic but ive been messing with it all day.
 
Just offered my Fed Ex guy free 16 oz triple shot, whitechoc mochas for LIFE if he would go back to the warehouse and fetch me my phone.....blah blah blah...something about ethics,...losing his job,.....if he did it for me , he'd have to do it for everyone......OH THE HUMANITY!!!!!

I was coming here to post about this. I actually bought this Verizon card last week when Verizon tweeted about it being on special. After I purchased it someone here told me that it was only a Class 2 card. I was going to return it. Then last night I looked at it closely. The packaging says Class 2 but the card itself says Class 4. On the card it says Sandisk 16GB Class 4.

Now, the question is do I keep it or do I take it back and get a Class 6. Will difference between a 4 and a 6 make that much of a difference? And, do we believe the Sandisk card or the Verizon packaging?

I know right. WTF is ADATA. Saw some good Benchmarks somewhere. Just thought I'd help some of the po' folks out. Will probably stick with a Sandisk since they seem to outperform other manufacturers. Thanks for the insight

So after playing with the phone for about half an hour the other day... Hubby says maybe I'll take Thursday off from work. I quickly said "NO!! I WANT THE DAY TO MYSELF SO I CAN PLAY WITH MY PHONE!!" He laughed and walked away. :p

According to FedEx I am getting it Wednesday :) BUT I already requested Thursday off :(( that just means I get to stay up Wednesday playing with DINC through Thursday!
