yea i was wondering same thing as well.
heard the battery sucks, so this would be necessity
 
Anyone have a GV invite they would like to get rid of? I've been looking everywhere and cannot seem to find anything so it would would be GREATLY appreciated. PM me if you're feeling generous!

I understand I'm late to the game but can someone link me to the Incredible's user guide? I tried opening the link posted by Anonimac a while back but it says, "Invalid Attachment specified".

I was on the phone with them about 2 hours ago (3pm Pacific Time) for an issue with my current phone, and asked about the extended battery.

She put me on hold to check and still couldn't come up with anything other than that it will be available sometime shortly after the launch date.

be patient...it took me a few weeks and I got one! Unfortunately, I sent out mine to my brothers. Itll come tho! I wouldnt pay...i think thats rediculous that people take adv of a free service

I am for sure getting the OEM tho... that website changed my mind on third party batteries...offering less than what you started with almost!

Thats what mine says ): how long does it take to get "approval"?
 
I went to a Verizon store in downtown Chicago today to see if they had any cases or accessories for the Inc and unfortunately, they did not. I did however ask the nice sales woman if they had any to play with. Without so much as a hesitation she tells me that there's one charging on the counter. She walks over, grabs the DI, hands it to me, says "Have fun!" and walks off.

My hands were shaking at that point. I did however get to play with it for about 10 minutes.

People, take my advice. Stay away from any DI's that are not yours. I thought the wait for my phone was killing me. Now it's 1000x worse seeing as how I had a chance to play with it. I may go into a self-induced coma until Thursday because the next three days at work are... gonna... suck.

I ordered on the 24th and I still don't have approval. They did however charge my credit card today so I'm thinking approval tomorrow for sure.

I wouldn't be too surprised if they'd been planning on passing on the Nexus 1 for a while. I thought it was weird that the Incredible says "with Google". In the past that was only on Google Experience phones. I guess they'll still back it even though it has Sense on it now. I'm not too upset since I was waiting for the incredible, but it's too bad for developers (or anyone) on Verizon that want stock Android without rooting... If the Incredible gets rooted anytime soon.

I haven't been very active on here, but I also wanted to say good bye to this thread as I will probably not post again until after I get my Inc and this thing is closed down. It was a good time following you when I had a chance to catch a little bit. Thanks.

yeah i ordered the 22 and mine says... Order Status: We have received your order. Please check back tomorrow... its said that since about 11 EST last night
 
Ordered mine yesterday. Still not charged to my card. Still says waiting for availability blah blah..:(. Hopefully will still get it by the end of the week.:D
