FedEx man came back!!!! Case & screen protectors are here!!! According to VWZ.com

Mine was exactly the same until about an hour ago when it left Memphis. Earlier it said delivery by 4:30 pm, now it says 7pm.
 
My order status has said 'we have received your oder. Please check back tomorrow" for 3 days now wtf? I preordered on the 22. Anybody else in my same boat?

the CSR I got said nope, but she did tell me that I should receive the phone tomorrow ad after I activate I can call back in and see if I can get a credit to the account, and that she would "note" the account, so that gives me some hope, but if not, no biggie. SHE did however say she would send me the tracking number in email now!!! which is nice, since my order still says - should receive within 2-3 days...

This worked like a charm. Took about 5 minutes for her to confirm that it was valid but she came back and confirmed that it was valid and had been applied to me purchase! That was a nice way to pass the time while waiting for my phone!! (on truck from Memphis as of 1:26 PM!)

Unfortunately mine is still sitting in Memphis... no movement since sunday. *sigh*

Quick VZ Rant - So FedEX put my phone on the truck. Then realized it was a VZ package and not due till the 28th so they didn't delivery it and won't let me pick it up.

Also VZ sent it to the wrong address so I won't be home tomorrow. Calling soon to yell.

Got my Moto E815 in April, 2006!
It's a solid phone, time to move on up though...
 
I finally gave up trying to order the case on line and called Verizon to order it. I was only hold for 10 minutes. They are swamped. The CSR said that in some regions they are out of stock on the Incredible. It took his computer forever to get my order placed and it was complicated with the discount I get from my husband's work. He also said with all the shipping they are doing that they couldn't offer me overnight shipping on the case and that it would be here by 7p on Thursday. My feeling is as long as I have my phone I can wait a day on the case.

Now I am just sitting here with fingers crossed that my Incredible does come today as it says it's on the truck...

And, whoever started calling this phone "my Precious" certainly was right. I feel a bit obsessed but I just can't help myself.
