I finally gave up trying to order the case on line and called Verizon to order it. I was only hold for 10 minutes. They are swamped. The CSR said that in some regions they are out of stock on the Incredible. It took his computer forever to get my order placed and it was complicated with the discount I get from my husband's work. He also said with all the shipping they are doing that they couldn't offer me overnight shipping on the case and that it would be here by 7p on Thursday. My feeling is as long as I have my phone I can wait a day on the case.

Now I am just sitting here with fingers crossed that my Incredible does come today as it says it's on the truck...

And, whoever started calling this phone "my Precious" certainly was right. I feel a bit obsessed but I just can't help myself.

Ha!! I had that phone two phones ago and it was a good phone...

I went from the E815 to the MotoSlvr to the LG Dare...baby steps to the Incredible.

You're in for a TREAT when you get the Incredible!! It's light years ahead of the E815!!

Is there any catch to the "SMART30" promo? I just tried to order using it and it said "criteria for promotion were not met, no discount applied" Any ideas why?
 
This phone has not been promoted by vzw at all. Yet it is selling like hotcakes. Funny they are having problems getting them out the door and they did not even run one commercial. Amazing.
 
OMG. For the past 3 days, all I do is check the status of my order at VZW.com. It is consuming my life. I am actually off this week and spending the majority of my days obsessively checking f-ing status. I need help. Send for help!

So if the car chargers for the Eris & Incredible are both micro USB then the car charger for the Eris should fit the Incredible?
I lied I'm trying to order the car charger from VZW.com and the site keeps crapping out when I hit 'check out'.... It's like they don't want more of my money...:rolleyes:

Just checked shipping status on your straight jacket. It should arrive tonight, delivered by two large individuals with adorned in white smocks...

I just called and complained. Despite my 4/19 preorder, the rep gave me a retroactive credit for $30. It might have helped that my credit card has yet to be charged.
 
Mine is exactly the same as yours. I'm in Duluth, GA.
Estimated delivery time was by 4:30 PM at first. Now it has changed to by 7:00 PM. I think it is because VZW shipped with 2Day shipping.

I actually haven't ordered the phone yet. I preordered through bb, but when I saw the available discount, decided to do it online instead, and then just cancel my order at bb. But at the checkout screen I'm being told that the code doesn't work for me, not sure why.

I just called trying to get that applied to my account and was told it's only for new customers. When I mentioned that people with NE2 had gotten it (on slickdeals forum) she said oh that must be a glitch. Funny, lotta glitchs in the Verizon site and not one works for me.:mad:
