So I just read through this entire thread from beginning to end. The one question that has yet to be brought up yet, is whether or not the Sense UI is even necessary. Now that Android is making mulit-touch (pinch & zoom) available in the 2.1 update are the Bravos Incredibles and Legends that constantly float around the rumor mill arguably any better then the Nexus One? Cus from what I can see, if the 256 Ram in the Incredible is true, how could that be considered better then the N1? Before, when weighing out the quality of an android phone, Sense UI may have been a more important consideration then the internal guts of the phone itself because it afforded you the option to have that all so important pinch/zooming ability, but that's just not the case anymore. If the N1 has twice as much Ram, theres no question which phone you should spring for. Right? Not to mention the fact that updates clearly come out faster and more constantly to the google branded phones.
