hmm... So it seems like the notification is the key. Is everyone getting the notification in the evening time, or is it coming at all hours of the day? Sideload is basically just manually loading another os onto the device. So basically manually updating rather than waiting for it OTA

Probably because they don't know it's not location based or because the people above then mentioned location.

It doesn't harm anyone though so w usually don't point it out.

No, I woke up at 1:46 a.m. CDT checked for updates and there it was.
Found later that for one guy it was completely installed OTA while he slept. Without his knowledge.

I got the update! I've got the Razr Limited Ed and I just got the update this morning. Its really nice. The Webtop has been VASTLY improved. It actually works now.
