My T-Bolt was giving me issues as well as wanting to keep my unlimited data plan I ordered the Maxx last night. It is shipping today, i wonder if it will come with ICS, or if I have to wait like evryone else.

you'll get it when you get it. I'm in CA, and I don't personally know anybody who has gotten it yet. And aside from myself, I can think of at least 4 people I know who have a razr/maxx.
 
The wife and I didn't get our RAZRs until late March or early April, I can't remember. So I guess we'll be the last ones to get ICS.

We're in NOLA btw :D

I always get OTA's in the evening or early morning it seems. Froyo on the OG Droid was first thing in the morning, OTA on Rezound was night, OTA on Maxx was night also. ICS? Who the @#$% knows. Heck, Jellybean might be old by the time we get ICS at this rate!

It would be suggested, I think there were some hints of root not being friendly.

I have read that some people here got it early, and used rootkeeper to remove/backup root, and then got it back easily.

edit: and i before e except after c. :) :)
