Help ***Official*** Status of your Droid X order thread

I live in PA and I had to use they NY zip code trick to see it. Finally around 1 i saw it and signed into our account, billed it to our account and the order is processed. I called to make sure it is alright and it has actually shipped and the site will be updated shortly. :)

I didnt change my zipcode or anything. I just waited til Verizon updated their site, which was sometime after 1 am for me.
 
The corporate sales lady ordered mine last night. But she didn't ask for overnight shipping. I emailed her, and she is going to check and see. But, I expect mine to show up next week..aarrgghh...
 
I ordered mine with my upgrade at 11:50 CST via the Verizon online ordering. I received an email confirmation shortly aftewards with all of my order info. At 6 am this morning I received another email stating that my order was queued for processing and would be shipped as soon as it was complete.

I called Verizon just now and the rep told me that same thing that it was in queue. I asked her if I would still receive it tomorrow and she said yes that it should be completed today but they cant guarantee anything.

I'm VERY impatient so this is killing me.

I just ordered mine over the phone and I'm sending back my LG Ally. Mine will get here on monday. Oh well....I can be patient.

Mine was shipped and I already have the tracking numbers :)

Its shipping from Memphis, TN, even though I live in Pittsburgh.
This is odd because another persons phone shipped from Philadelphia. :confused:
 
I believe their largest warehouse is in Memphis, but just like every major corporation, I'm sure they have several distribution centers.

Did you just receive you tracking number?

They sent it at 11:04 am EST, before that they sent me a sales confirmation email saying it was subject to final credit approval.
 
Order Status: Your order has been processed and will be shipped based on inventory availability and shipping method. You will receive shipment notification and tracking details via email.

Is this your order status when you check on-line?

I just called the online order service number, and the rep said if you get this message your order has been set to process, and they have stock for the order, so it should go out according to your shipping method.

If they didnt have stock for your order the order status would have been "on-hold" or something to that extent.

hope this helps ease some nerves.

but i'll still believe it when i get my tracking number :D :D
 
My status hasn't changed as of this moment in time. I'm going to assume it just hasn't updated like the one guy posted. Hopefully, it will be here tomorrow on my day off so I can play with it all day! :D

I live in the pgh area as well. I ordered at about 6:45 am. Have not heard anything about it shipping yet. Hopefully the system just hasnt updated. I had to make special arrangements for someone to sign for it tomorrow...
 
I ordered mine last night/this morning at 12am est. I received the generic order is processing, shipped on availability message all day today and just received my tracking number at 11:50 this afternoon. I clicked on the tracking # and my X was shipped to the first FedEx depot at 7:15 am. So what I guess I'm saying is that there is some definite lag time...just no reason to worry.
 
Ordered mine last night at Midnight Central and got my tracking number this morning and it says it'll deliver tomorrow. I'm a new customer too so that myth goes out the window that those orders will be delayed.

I remember we both ordered and signed off about the same time last night.....

so hopefully mine ships soon now:), unless verizon has their head up their butts and is doing shopping/processing like they did order availabilty (@$$-backwards):cool:

I pre-ordered at best buy, #16. I called yesterday and they said, yeah everyone who preordered will get their phone tomorrow. I called today, yeah, we only got 3 phones. Maybe next week. I just ordered online. I Got this

Weird...I ordered at around 12:45pm last night along with a lot of you (I used an alternative Zipcode to sign-in) and received an order confirmation. I just called after my order status wasn't being displayed on the site. I was told that my order was still being processed and that there was no indication of it being shipped yet.

I only have an authorization charge on my cc...
 
I ordered mine at 10pm last night. Today, at 10:20am, 12 whole hours later, its still being processed. wtf?
 
My girlfriend ordered hers at 6am EST this morning and got her tracking number. She should have it by 3:30pm tomorrow.
 
Ordered by phone this morning @ 5:15am w/VZN, just received my order confirmation :)
Supposed to be shipping overnight but no tracking # as of yet
