Regular Apps to SD doesn't work on this phone, rooted or not.
Depending on what purpose you want this for, you can look into using Directory Bind (Google it).
Any reason why titanium back up is getting denied?

No idea. Download a root checker app and see what it says. You have Superuser installed, right?

Thanks they're gonna send me a new phone, Then i'll try the poot again & i'll keep my results updated!!!that is a linker error. somehow you have the su binary on your phone but the shared libs it requires are missing the funtion "android_reboot". Since all the shared libs and the su binary are stored on /system, and that partition is mounted read-only, this shouldn't happen. Even if they wanted to, LG and VM cannot somehow remount your /system as read-write and then corrupt your shared libraries or su binary.
This could have happened if you tried to edit or replace the su binary or any of the libraries it depends on.
