So apparently I have to pay a 400 dollar Deposit FFFFFFFFFFFFF
So i have to wait till i get paid Thursday, So that means i won't be able to get any cases or anything of the sort :( ((((((((((
Luckily i think they have my order on hold so it should ship right when i pay the fn deposit

yeah the deposit sucks, ill have to do the same thing when i switch it into my name. BUT the cool thing is they refund it to you after a 12 months of on time bills. so it kinda makes up for the suckiness? :p

yeah true, just in time for a new phone, maybe wps7 or android 3.0
 
Does the method of payment matter at all? and when did your status change from your order is currently being processed?
 
Ordered earlier this afternoon and just a short while ago my status online changed to product will be delivered in 2-3 days so it should be here by Thursday as promised. Hope the wife likes her mother's day gift (even though it doesn't have a keyboard).

Good for you, I ordered on the 21st and you'll get my phone before me. I hate verizon.
 
Update: I was also someone who was getting very frustrated, was not one of the first to order but ordered on the 22nd and was very tired of the "we received your order, check back tomorrow." message. I finally called this morning and the lady assured me that there was nothing wrong or any hold ups with my order, of course I didn't believe her but I decided to give it until tomorrow. Well I went to dinner and didn't check my order status for about 4 hours (an eternity compared to how often I have been checking it the last 5 days) and I come back just knowing that my status still hadn't changed but guess what?! My order has shipped!! And even better news...according to the tracking info, it was shipped overnight and scheduled to be delivered tomorrow! I'm not sure why some of our orders where kicked out and had to be entered manually but I guess they are actually working on them. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you others that have been dealing with the same crap I was, hopefully you'll get the same person processing your order that did mine finally! :D

Yep, 2 emails actually, one from verizon and one from internet orders, both had the tracking information and details in it and according to the tracking it is already on a truck heading my way...my guess is it was already shipped before I even got the notification that it had.

I dont understand this whole pre-ordering online hassle. I just went to the store today and got my reservation for Thursday. Simple, no worries, or hassles.....

I just ordered mine tonight (was planning to get it in store until now) and am hoping it is at least processed by tomorrow. I got the overnight $9 shipping so heres hoping...

My order went from processed back to received! Has this happened to anyone else? What happened next? I'm going to make a call this morning if nothing changes in a few hours.

I have the same status today, it better change by noon.

Me too! I live on the west coast, so it's still really early. Verizon might not have even started working yet to have my status change, so I am giving them the benefit of the doubt.

But if nothing happens by Noon, I am going to raise some hell. I mean we all have waited long enough, we want some action!

It is back to processed now! I am in GA. Just checked my account and I have a pending charge! I got an email from about 5 minutes ago saying 2-5 days :(. It has a ACE Order Number(What's that?) I ordered on the 21st.

Great news! What time is it in GA right now?

I'm sure they will overnight your phone so you have it tomorrow. That's probably just a generic message that gets generated by Verizon.

I spoke to an internet sales supervisor yesterday and she said that all orders which process and ship today will ship via overnight to make their 4/29 promise. Just keep an eye on your tracking info and see what it says.
