Update: I was also someone who was getting very frustrated, was not one of the first to order but ordered on the 22nd and was very tired of the "we received your order, check back tomorrow." message. I finally called this morning and the lady assured me that there was nothing wrong or any hold ups with my order, of course I didn't believe her but I decided to give it until tomorrow. Well I went to dinner and didn't check my order status for about 4 hours (an eternity compared to how often I have been checking it the last 5 days) and I come back just knowing that my status still hadn't changed but guess what?! My order has shipped!! And even better news...according to the tracking info, it was shipped overnight and scheduled to be delivered tomorrow! I'm not sure why some of our orders where kicked out and had to be entered manually but I guess they are actually working on them. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you others that have been dealing with the same crap I was, hopefully you'll get the same person processing your order that did mine finally!
