Here's a lil something I did when I was testing VANIR. Not bad at all plus the ROM is blazing fast with the stock kernel. I have to admit I was very impressed with it.

I built a quasi-launcher with Tasker so I could control the exact position of the icons, then I made my own icons in Photoshop. Each morning and evening the wallpaper changes but this is my favourite.

Not exactly sure I understand your question. If you are looking for a true lock screen app, try Widget Locker. It has many different options as far as lock screens go and can be customized easily .
