Got the heart background here. You can search google images. There are dozens.

Bought the $1.00 CircleLauncher. With the $1 version you can use any image for a custom icon. That's how I made the heart icons. Really love that app. Its going to be great for customizing.

The battery widget in the center is Beautiful Battery Disc White. It has a few color themes also.

And that's it except for playing around a few hours.

That's the apk version, isn't it? Just got a new laptop, once I have my build environment set up I'll be cooking a new apk of Quicksilver that matches the flashable version.

Latest version of Jerry's Backside IHO with Quicksilver theme. Adw Ex with Adw elegant icons. Fancy Widgets for the weather. The little Android icon next to the CyanogenMod logo on the wallpaper is my TapaTalk link to the V section of Android Forums. Subtle, but a nice little touch for me as I find myself browsing often.
